Little Traverse Scenic Railway operated passenger service during 1988 and 1989 from Alanson to Bayview

Alanson & Petoskey Railroad

Alanson & Petoskey RR was incorporated Jul. 31, 1990, to operate the former Michigan Northern

(Penn Central: GR&I) line between Alanson and Conway.

Rolling stock was purchased and is operated by the Buckley Old Engine Show

The  SW1 was traded to the Mineral Range RR in Marquette.
