Kent-Barry-Eaton Connecting Railway
KBEC operated 41.8 miles of former PC (NYC/LS&MS) line, excluded from Conrail, running from Grand Rapids to Vermontville, Mi. Initial power on the first all minority managed railroad was ex AA S3 6 leased from the state and painted two tone blue and silver. Their only loco was scrapped 3/81, operation was discontinued 10/15/83.
